Haris Memic is a Montenegrin architect and creative consultant based in Shenzhen, China. Through Le Hari Design, he works across architecture, interiors, material sourcing and project delivery, helping investors move from concept to built reality with clearer control over design, manufacturing and execution.
THE APPROACH
Design is only powerful when it can be delivered.
My work sits between creative direction and practical execution. I design spaces, shape concepts and help clients source furniture, materials and custom-made solutions directly from China’s manufacturing network. For investors, this creates a stronger path: fewer middlemen, better control, more transparent sourcing and a design process connected to real production.
Alongside Le Hari Design, I also co-founded Gabuga Creative Marketing Hub, a Shenzhen-based creative marketing company focused on content creation, social media, events and brand localization. This gives our work another layer: we do not only design spaces; we understand how they are seen, communicated and positioned in the market.
